St Boniface100 Club
Terms and Conditions

Purpose
The purpose of the 100 Club is to raise funds for St. Boniface Church, Bunbury.  The money goes to the Bunbury PCC (the “PCC”, “We”, “Our”), charity number 1133106, to support its ministry work and for the upkeep of the church building. "You", “Your” and variations refers to the individual entering the 100 Club.
Terms
1.    The “100 Club” is a small society lottery (reg.no. LTR751) which consists of 100 tickets each bearing a unique number between one (1) and one hundred (100).
2.    The 100 Club will run for twelve (12) months. Each month three (3) Tickets will be drawn (the “Draw”) at random as the “Winning Tickets”. 
3.    Any individual over the age of 16 may enter the 100 Club by purchasing one or more Tickets before midnight on 31 March 2025. 
4.    A Ticket can be purchased by completing the form on our website with your contact information. The PCC will then send You an email with a link to make a payment for the Ticket. Once payment has been received the PCC will send you a second email containing Your Ticket number(s) and details of the draw dates. 
5.    For people who do not wish to apply for Tickets online they can approach Astrid Logan in person at St Boniface church and she will facilitate their offline application and cash payment subject to Ticket availability.
6.    If You wish to purchase multiple Tickets, You must submit one form per Ticket You wish to purchase. 
7.    Each Ticket will be priced at £50. 
8.    The Ticket number You receive will remain the same for all twelve (12) Draws of the 100 Club.   
9.    The first Draw will be in April 2025 with the final draw of this year’s lottery being in March 2026. 
10.    The first Ticket chosen in the Draw will be awarded the 1st prize, the second drawn the 2nd prize, and the third drawn the 3rd prize. Monthly prizes will be as follows, or prorated lower if required as per clause eleven (11): 
a.    1st prize £100; 
b.    2nd prize £50; 
c.    3rd prize £25; 
11.    The sum of all prizes across the entire period of the 100 Club will total a minimum of 42% of the total value of Tickets sold.
12.    If fewer than 100 but more than 79 Tickets are sold, all prizes will be prorated down in value accordingly. For example, if 80 Tickets are sold, the 1st prize in each monthly Draw would reduce from £100 to £80. 
13.    If fewer than 80 Tickets have been sold by 31st March 2025, the club will be discontinued and any Tickets already purchased will be repaid in full. 
14.    The Draw will take place at St. Boniface church on the first Sunday of each month after the main Sunday morning service. Either Rev. Tim Hayward or the service Leader of the main Sunday morning service on the day of the Draw will pick the Winning Tickets by picking Tickets out of a hat or similar selection process. 
15.    The Winning Ticket numbers for each month’s Draw will be published in the Link magazine and on the website of St. Boniface Church. Winning Ticket holders may be contacted by the PCC to request their name be included in such publications, but this information will not be published without the Winning Ticket holders’ consent. 
16.    Each Winning Ticket holder will be contacted using the information provided in the form (as per clause 4) and will be asked to share their BACS details for the PCC to credit their prize money.  The PCC can only make payments to UK bank accounts. 
17.    If the Winning Ticket holder cannot be contacted within six (6) months of the relevant Draw, then the prize money for this Winning Ticket(s) will be forfeited and deemed to be donated to the PCC. 
18.    All personal information given will be held in accordance with the PCC’s Privacy Policy on our website.

This is a small society lottery organised by Bunbury PCC (registered charity in England and Wales number 1133106).
